Refund & Warranty

1. Warranty Our hardware products are covered by a 36-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period starts on the date of delivery.
2. Warranty Exclusions The warranty does not cover: - Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse - Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification - Normal wear and tear
3. Refunds You may request a refund within [14/30] days of delivery if: - The product is defective on arrival; or - You received the wrong product.
To request a refund, please contact info@chargeco.in with your order number and details.
4. Returns Procedure Returns may require an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number. We will provide instructions after you contact our support team.
5. Shipping Costs Depending on jurisdiction and reason for return, shipping costs may or may not be covered. Full details will be provided in your RMA instructions.
